The Awkward Silence! by M

Psychology mentions:

If yb ayn maesn ew yrt ot mneoint a geatre odog ni a nsenceten onen bseovers het oodg ni ti, but only flaws!

Wait a second Did you all notice what I have written above. No, it's not another language or some random selection of words. The above sentence means this:

If by any means we try to mention a greater good in a sentence, none observes the good in it, tub lyno swlaf!

You will correct me twice! I know. It is in human nature. But go back and see! I have written If correctly in both the sentence!

Did anyone notice that?

When we are all shown a black dot on a white plain paper what draws your attention?
The one's who read a lot of personality development books, will mention the paper. But truly everyone is drawn by the attention of the dot! Why is it so?

It is because, the flaws we make may be smaller but the impact they create is the Bigger than the Work itself!
This never inspires us to put an effort in the work we do!
True! But what does this has to do with my doing?

It is only the flaws that are being seen, nevertheless whatever effort you put in to make something completely. The Perfection lacks somewhere or the other like every imperfection prevails in the vision of the reception. The perception of vision, one has towards something defines his mentality!

Like a social experiment, which is being done on people showing a half filled glass, asking them about how does that look to them?

Most of them answered it is Half empty. This defines that we perceive, a lack of something in life. To be precise, it is the right attitude towards everything we live in.

In life, we see many things. We feel them, get low, get high, realize, suffer, feel bad, feel happy, wish things like them should have never happened. But what all we lack is the attitude! We see something, we react to it with our natural instinct. It is what makes every individual, behave with certain inner emotions that are being hidden. All this explanation may seem like some kind of a riddle to you now, but let me explain:

We wake up with no expectations on the day. As the day passes on, little instances impact on larger things. If we wake up with no electricity and suffocation, and as we try to bath, the water in the shower runs out, we miss the bus, more work load in the office and as we come back late at night, we find that we left the stove on and a few of our food items already burnt and the a part of the house is on fire! What do we call the situation?

He is having a damn bad day! Even some people say that he must have been careful! It is a free country to express our right to freedom speech. But try to out yourself in his or her shoes and understand the situation!
What if that happens to you?
We feel and wish that it didn't happen and all we blame is the face we woke up to! It all lies with the perception you see! It all lies in the perspective of our vision.

We need to change, change from negativity to positivity. Respect your choices also respect other's work and their effort. He might not be doing a good job today, but soon he will. Everybody improves, at certain point or the other. Belief is what makes us keep the things doing! So, please try to be positive about everyone you live with and work with.

What if that situation happens to you? What if your work and effort doesn't get recognized? What if you are not being cared? What if you get demotivated all the time?
